Four seasons at Cityplace
Winter, by the guide's rule December to February, raises one question first: where to park under cover for Shark Club Gaming Centre. Cityplace Lot 1, at 266 Hargrave St next to Tavern United, is covered and open 24/7, with skywalk access. Lot 4, at 215 Hargrave St, is a heated indoor parkade on floors 3 and 4 with indoor access to Cityplace. It closes on weekends, except to monthly parkers and for events.
Arriving late is the next question. The skywalks are open 6:30am to 10:30pm, seven days a week, and closed on stat holidays. After the skywalks close, the Hargrave Street entrance stays open to 3:00am, and an escalator leads to the second floor.
Summer, June to August, changes nothing on the floor, and neither do spring or fall: its hours and services hold all year. For the ride home, Cityplace counts dozens of Winnipeg Transit connections within one block. Bike racks sit on the 3rd-floor parkade, reached from Donald St, and riders bring their own lock.

The week that holds
Every season gets the same week at Shark Club Gaming Centre, all in Central Time. The floor is open 10 am to 1 am, seven days a week. Live table games, meaning blackjack, roulette and double deck, run 3:30 pm to 1 am, 7 days a week. Hours past midnight belong to the day they started, so a Saturday that ends at 1 am still counts as Saturday.
The Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill keeps its own week. It serves Monday to Thursday 11am to 12am, Friday 11am to 1am, Saturday 12pm to 1am and Sunday 12pm to 12am.
On holidays, opening times come from the venue's own website.
Food, lots and a bed
Food at Shark Club Gaming Centre comes from its Sports Bar & Grill, for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
Parking has three Cityplace answers. Lot 1, at 266 Hargrave St, is covered and open 24/7. Lot 4, at 215 Hargrave St, is a heated indoor parkade, closed on weekends except to monthly parkers and for events. Lot 3, at 190 Donald St, is an uncovered surface lot, open 24/7. Cyclists lock up at the racks on the 3rd-floor parkade, by the elevators and next to the exit attendant.
A room for the night is another matter: the guide lists no hotel for Shark Club.
At the door

In a straight line it is 0.9 km from Winnipeg City Hall, computed by the guide and not a driving distance. After regular mall hours and on holidays, the Hargrave Street entrance and its escalator lead up.
